Leadership

Tim has been serving as the Pastor at The Rock for over 25 years. He's continued his education in that time and has a Doctorate in Theology. Tim has been at the forefront of going where others won't, including with Africa Missions. Tim leads the staff for all The Rock Church locations.

Matt grew up going to The Rock. Matt and his family have been long time members. Matt is the Lead Worship Pastor at the Mid-County Location, and
 he helps oversee Worship at all of our locations.
Matt also leads the Youth Group, and he helps 
maintain our Campuses.  Truly a Jack of all trades!

Pastor Yoshi moved to St. Louis with his family in 2006. Yoshi planted The Japanese International Harvest Church in February 2007.  Yoshi also serves as a facilitator of JCPN to help start Japanese Speaking
Churches in cities throughout the U.S.

Jesse joined the staff at the beginning of 2023. He's also on the board of UrbanReach too.  God placed a passion in Jesse's heart for the inner city of St. Louis.  The City Church was planted in 2024 and God has begun an  incredible  mission there!

Pastor Mike has been called by God for an exciting undertaking of relaunching our previously dormant Soulard Campus. God has put a passion in Mike for reaching the lost using his gift of street evangelism. He's also started many different ministries including a kitchen ministry for feeding the less fortunate.

Caleb is the Associate Pastor of our Ballwin Campus.  Caleb has a heart for reaching the
 next generation using his gifts of preaching, music,
and multi-media strategies.
