Tim has been serving as the Pastor for The Rock for over 25 years. He's continued his education in that time and has a Doctorate in Theology. Tim has been at the forefront of going where others won't, including with Africa Missions. Tim leads the staff for all

Matt Mullen
Pastor of Worship and Family Ministries
Matt grew up going to The Rock. Matt and his family have been long time members. When the Soulard location opened, God put it on his heart to help lead Worship. Now Matt is the Lead Worship Pastor at the Mid-County Location, and he helps oversee Worship at all our locations. Matt also leads Youth United, and he helps maintain our campuses. Truly a Jack of all trades!
Steve Wilson
Pastor of South County Location
Steve has been with The Rock Church for over 20 years. Steve first led as as a Youth Pastor until God opened the door for him to be the Pastor at our South County Location. Steve has a heart for the lost and he's done an outstanding job with expanding our congregation in South County!
Kenneth Robinson Sr.
Pastor of Soulard Location
Ken joined our staff 10 years ago after taking on the Lead Pastor role at our Soulard location. He's served in an amazing capacity there ever since. Ken started a ministry in Soulard for those in need of transportation to Church . He also started a ministry to deliver food to those in need. Ken is a genuine soul with an enviable love for Jesus.
Yoshinori Ubukata
Pastor of Japanese International Harvest Church
Pastor Yoshi moved to St. Louis with his family in 2006. Yoshi planted The Japanese International Harvest Church in February 2007. Yoshi also serves as a facilitator of JCPN to help start Japanese Speaking Churches in cities throughout the U.S. Yoshi and his family have a heart for The Japanese

Jesse Sneed
Pastoral Intern
Jesse joined the staff at the beginning of 2023. He's also on the board of Urban Reach too. God placed a passion in Jesse's heart for the inner city of St. Louis. Future plans are to start an inner city church in St. Louis and be the Pastor there!
Caleb Cowin
Pastoral Intern
Caleb joined the staff in the summer of 2023 after he felt called to Ministry. Caleb has a heart for reaching the next generation using his gifts of preaching, music, and multi-media strategies. Caleb also leads The Rock Y-A.
