Matt Mullen
Pastor of Worship and Family Ministries
Matt grew up going to The Rock. Matt and his family have been long time members. Matt is the Lead Worship Pastor at the Mid-County Location, and he helps oversee Worship at all of our locations.
Matt also leads the Youth Group, and he helps
maintain our Campuses. Truly a Jack of all trades!

Yoshinori Ubukata
Pastor of Japanese International Harvest Church
Pastor Yoshi moved to St. Louis with his family in 2006. Yoshi planted The Japanese International Harvest Church in February 2007. Yoshi also serves as a facilitator of JCPN to help start Japanese Speaking Churches in cities throughout the U.S.

Jesse Sneed
Pastor of The City Church
Jesse joined the staff at the beginning of 2023. He's also on the board of UrbanReach too. God placed a passion in Jesse's heart for the inner city of St. Louis. The City Church was planted in 2024 and God has begun an incredible mission there!
Caleb Cowin

Caleb joined the staff in the summer of 2023 after he was called into Ministry. Caleb has a heart for reaching the next generation using his gifts of preaching, music, and multi-media strategies.
